Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and here's exactly what and why.

We keep data collection to the bare minimum, and we never sell or trade it. This page spells out what we gather, why we gather it, and who else is involved. If anything here raises a question, just ask.

What we actually see

Two kinds of information reach us.

As you browse, our site notes a few technical basics — the kind of browser and device you’re on, a rough location and time zone, which pages you open and for how long, and where you arrived from. It’s gathered with cookies and similar tools, and it only tells us how the site is being used so we can improve it.

When you buy a theme, we receive the small set of details needed to complete the order: your name, email and country. We never see or store your card number — Paddle handles that end of things.

Why we hold it

We use what we have to send you the files you bought, give you download access and update notices, answer your messages, and keep the site healthy. That’s the whole list. We don’t build profiles or hand your details to anyone to market to you.

The services we rely on

A few outside tools help us run the studio, and each has its own privacy policy:

  • Paddle takes payment as our Merchant of Record — card details stay with them.
  • Tally runs our contact form, so your message reaches us.
  • Our host stores and serves the site itself.

A quick word on cookies

Cookies are little files your browser keeps that help pages work and show us how the site is used. You can turn them off in your browser; a few niceties may stop working if you do.

How long we keep things

Only as long as there’s a reason to — to keep your downloads and support working, or to meet accounting and legal duties. We guard what we hold with sensible precautions, though no data sent over the internet is ever perfectly secure.

Your say

Depending where you live, you can ask to see the data we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Send us a note and we’ll sort it out.

If this page changes

We may revise this policy from time to time; the latest version always lives here, and using the site means you accept it.
